UPcarparts Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping* is valid in the U.S. only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), on qualifying purchases of $49.00 or more in the same order placed prior to the applicable deadline. Overweight or LTL shipping for heavy items are not included in this offer.

*United Pacific reserves the right to choose the best shipping method based on price and delivery speed, and alert customers with tracking information. United Pacific reserves the right to change free ground shipping offer at any time.

Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $49
For orders totaling less than $49.00, a flat rate shipping charge of $10.99 applies for Standard Ground Shipping.

Shipping Estimation
All orders will be scheduled for shipment within 1-2 business days from the time the completed order is received, and payment is processed, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.

Please note that orders can be delayed due to verification or the time of order placement. Additionally, orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through UPcarparts.com are made in accordance with a shipment contract with the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. Shipping of non-dangerous goods to certain destinations may take additional time compared to shipments within the continental U.S.

Shipping Considerations / Package Type / Definitions
The length of the box or package is always the longest side, while the width is the second longest side. The height will be the shortest side of the box or package.

Type: Ground/Parcel
Provided ALL package dimensions do not exceed the sizing criteria below, there should not be any surcharges accessed by carriers.

  • If longest side of package is 48" or less.
  • If second longest side of package is 30" or less.
  • If girth of package is 105" or less.
  • If weight of package does not exceed 50 lbs.
  • All items must be shipped in cardboard box.

Type: Ground/Parcel Oversize
If package dimensions exceed ANY of the sizing criteria below, there may be carrier surcharges added to standard shipping fees.

  • If longest side of package between 49” – 96”.
  • If second longest side is 30” or more.
  • If length + girth of package is between 105” and 130”. Example: on a box 80”x10”x8” formula is 80+10+10+8+8 = 106”, so parcel surcharge applies.
  • If weight of package is between 51 - 150 lbs.
  • If item uses any package type instead of a standard cardboard box (i.e., plastic, wood pallet, styrofoam or shrink wrap) parcel surcharges apply.

Category: LTL Only
Ground/Parcel carriers WILL NOT accept packages that have ANY of the below sizing/weight criterion:

  • If Longest side of packages is more than 96”
  • If Length + Girth of package exceeds 130”
  • If weight of package is over 150 lbs.

USPS Priority: 1 to 3 business days
FedEx Home Delivery: 1 to 5 business days
FedEx Express Saver: 1 to 3 business days
FedEx 2 Day Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day by 8 p.m.
LTL or Freight: 5-10 business days

Disclaimer: Above estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves United Pacific Industries, Inc’s warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries. Please note that we will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier and conveyance strikes.

Shipping Address
Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the delivery street address and city – abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery. If you or your customer provide an address that is considered inaccurate by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Change your shipping address after placing orders
If you made an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us by email (antique@upauto.com) right away so we may help adjust this before your order leaves the warehouse.

Track Your Order
For each order, you can view the order details and shipment summary. The shipment summary includes a tracking number to monitor your delivery through the carrier. Please note that if you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries and shipment summaries.

Ship to Multiple Address
We do not offer shipping to multiple locations in one order. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with the shipping addresses. Please note, shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will apply to each separate order.

International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and international restrictions.
