COLLABORATIONS

When people love what they do, we make their passion a reality.

"NACHO" RODRIGUEZ

Luis "Nacho" Rodriguez pulled his factory-model 1975 Ford F-100, purchased in 1996 and used as a daily driver for years, out of storage in early 2022 when the United Pacific team contacted him about partnering to showcase at that year's SEMA Show. Despite the hurried timeframe, Nacho went to work in bringing the F-100, aka "Stranger", back to life, mostly by his own hands.

Nacho swapped out the original 3-speed transmission with a 5-speed, reverted the front end to an original 1975 front end, installed a 5.4-liter supercharged engine, and changed the transmission to manual. UPcarparts provided several of our high-quality parts to help Stranger become a stand-out vehicle at the show, including our signature LED lighting, exterior mirrors, and chrome door handles.

JOHNY G. & KYLE

Johny G of Johny’s Garage and Kyle Oxberger of Metalox Fab teamed up to build a 1966 C10 codenamed, “MoneyShot” for SEMA 2019. United Pacific collaborated with Johny and Kyle, and sourced LED headlights, LED parking lights, LED tail lights, and interior parts like chrome door handles and window cranks.

One of which was the unique powerplant that was sitting underneath the hood – a 2.8L Cummins diesel crate engine – the first time that specific type of motor was swapped into a C10. Kyle performed the short bed conversion to perfection, Porterbuilt supplied front & rear dropmembers as well as a frame stabilizer, and Boyd Welding provided the fuel cell. Inside, a TMI International bench seat can be found along with Dakota Digital gauges while JBL took care of the audio system. The result was nothing short of a masterpiece that still turns heads at shows today.

JEREMY RICE

Jeremy's Tre5 Customs specializes in all things C10 – taking in customer cars and building them from the ground inside and out – engine building/swaps, suspension, interior, and exterior processes are all taken care of in-house. We’ve sponsored a few of their builds over the years, especially their immaculate 1948 Chevy 3100 build that they brought out to the 2019 SEMA Show.

The truck received a brand-new chassis and a Chevrolet Performance LS3 crate engine that was fitted with a Borla 8 Stack Injection and Holley Terminator setup. 22’ US Mag wheels can be seen at all four corners while an AccuAir air suspension system makes sure the truck sits as close to the ground as possible. Tre 5 and United Pacific collaborated and installed big rig tail lights from our Big Rig Division. This was quite a unique perspective of sponsoring big rigs parts to C10 builders. To top it all off, Tre 5 used our LED lighting on all their builds – from LED headlights, LED parking lights, and LED tail lights.

MAXLIDER BROTHERS

In 2018, we wanted to build a classic Ford Bronco for SEMA and teamed up with Maxlider Brothers Customs. For the build, we supplied Maxlider with door shells, doorjambs, fender flares, front and rear bumpers, windshield and window frames, LED headlights and many more. Every sheet metal part we carry was fitted to build. Over 60 parts from our catalog were installed on the Bronco.

To complete the build, a Ford Performance 5.0-liter Coyote V-8 was swapped in and mated to a Heavy Duty 4R70W by Bowler Transmission. A variety of performance suspension components were sourced from Black Beard Broncos and coilovers were supplied of Fox Shocks. The Bronco received numerous accolades like the 2018 SEMA Show Battle of the Builders (Top 10 Truck Build), 1st place at the 2019 Detroit Autorama (Radical Mini 4X4 category), and finally 1st Place & Best of Show at the 2019 Bronco Super Celebration.

ROY BRIZIO

In celebration of 30 years in business, United Pacific’s Classic Car Division collaborated with hot rodding icon - Roy Brizio. With 40+ years of experience building hot rods, Brizio and his team spearheaded the reproduction of a 1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe using one of our steel bodies that has been officially licensed by the Ford Motor Company. With the passion of building excellence, United Pacific’s 5-Window Coupe is powered by a Ford 302 crate motor that’s been stroked to 347 ci, topped with Edelbrock induction and fuel injection, and mated to a 700R4 transmission to put the power down to the rear wheels.

Other modifications include a Vintage Air Front Runner accessory drive system & A/C, Wilwood disc brakes, Classic Instruments gauges, and Flaming River steering column. Dan Fink supplied the front grille while the wheels & tires came courtesy of Coker. The 5-Window Coupe was debuted at the 2014 SEMA Show. The build collaboration was featured by media outlets like Rodder’s Journal, Street Muscle Magazine, FF Journal, Reincarnation, MotorTrend’s Hot Rod Network, and more.

TOM STARK

Lifelong car enthusiast Tom Stark grew up around the car scene and knew he wanted to build high performance cars one day. In 2008, he founded Precision Designs and turn his dream into a reality.

A few years ago, Tom picked up a 1934 Ford Truck that started out as a “slam together and sell” project, but as it usually goes – plans change, and he ended up keeping it. The new plan was to build it as a shop demo vehicle to showcase vendors’ parts and we’re one of the main partners. Running into the issue of sourcing original parts in good condition, Tom contacted United Pacific for a set of door shells and rear fenders. Usually, doors take around 30-50 hours to properly fit and install, but he was able to get our doors on his truck in a whopping 3 hours and change. Talk about efficiency!
